Firstly, thank you for choosing to partner with BW for the design & fit-out of your new London home, we are absolutely delighted and excited to create your new workplace.
In every project we take on, we ask what is really important to you as our client? We believe it is to demonstrate that we listen and to replay to you what we understand that you want from your new office space. More to the point, how are we going to facilitate it? Below are just some of the key things we’ve taken away from our interactions with you over the past few weeks: You want the office to feel light spacious but also professional and create a Wow factor for both staff and clients. Acoustics are important and have been an issue in the past Demonstrating value in our proposal & providing transparent costs – what is included and what isn’t? Our experience as a team in 3 Sheldon Square Meeting with your project timescales and being “LTA ready” is essential. It has been great to be working with you over the last few weeks and we are very happy with the progress made so far. Now we have an approved layout we are progressing with finishes and technical design in line with the desired budget and programme. Dan Glater | Project Director

The Concept Applied

The Concept
Inspired by the recent refurbishment of the building aimed at fostering community through biophilia, and informed by your culture and aspirations, we have blended these elements to create a space that aligns with your vision for the future.
As office workers seek better experiences, we have prioritised enhancing connections using natural elements and strategic space planning. The aesthetic harmoniously integrates existing building features and colours creating new landscapes within the space, seamlessly combining private and collaborative environments. This approach respects heritage while embracing innovation, fostering a sense of community and fresh beginnings within a lively, inviting, and thoughtfully curated space.
